Cushman & Wakefield announced today that John Boyle, Vice Chairman, has been awarded Cushman & Wakefield’s inaugural Tenant Advisory Group (TAG) Outstanding Achievement Award at the firm’s recent Global TAG Conference in Austin, TX.

David Hiebert, Vice Chair of the Awards Committee, presented the inaugural award to Boyle in recognition of his exemplary contribution to Cushman & Wakefield, his ability to cultivate collaboration, his desire to continuously learn and improve his already substantial knowledge and skills, while at the same time mentor and train the next generation of brokers and support staff. “John is relentlessly driven, passionate and his enthusiasm for our business is infectious,” said Hiebert. “He is simply the best of the best, which is what this award recognizes.”

“We are so pleased to recognize John Boyle,” said Dale Schlather, Chairman of the Tenant Advisory Group at Cushman & Wakefield. “He has exhibited a relentless drive and passion for the work he does at Cushman & Wakefield, and there is no question that he was the ideal candidate for the inaugural award.”

Boyle is Vice Chairman at Cushman & Wakefield where he oversees tenant representation for Greater Boston and spearheads the Downtown Boston Group. He has over 30 years of experience executing transactions on a global basis.

John was recognized as a Top 10 producer for Cushman & Wakefield in the Americas in 2016 and received Deal of the Year honors by the Commercial Brokers Association of Massachusetts (CBA) for his work on the Kronos Incorporated headquarters transaction, a 505,000-square-foot, 12-year global headquarters lease at Crosspoint In Lowell, MA. John and his Boston team have worked with Kronos for 25 years. John has served as past President of the CBA and serves on the Board for the Robert F. Kennedy Children’s Action Corp. helping children at high risk. Boyle also serves on the Executive Committee of Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Tenant Advisory Group (TAG) and chairs the client event subcommittee.

“I am extremely honored by this award, and I feel very fortunate and lucky to receive it,” said Boyle. “I am humbled due to the legendary global reputation of Cushman & Wakefield tenant advisors and that it is the first award bestowed from my colleagues and friends in the Americas TAG group. This would not have been possible without all the talented people supporting me at Cushman & Wakefield, and for that I say thank you.”

TAG is the largest, and only, tenant advisory group of its kind in the world. The group has over 750 members from around the globe working hard to insure the finest representation possible in the area of tenant representation in the commercial real estate arena.
