Top Talent Joins Agile Team of 190+ Professionals in New England
BOSTON, May 2019 – Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate services firm, has hired seven new professionals in its Boston office over the last six months. These new hires arrive at a crucial time in the company’s evolution and reflect its ongoing commitment to sourcing the best talent and providing exemplary client service.

The new hires include:
Maeve Cleary, Associate: Cleary comes to Cushman & Wakefield from Social Venture Partners. Prior to her role there, she worked at Skyword for almost two years. She graduated from Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Spanish. In her new position, she will work with the downtown team on landlord and tenant rep assignments.
Sabrina Dello Russo, Senior Director: Dello Russo comes to Cushman & Wakefield after spending the past eleven years as a Real Estate Transaction Manager at Liberty Mutual Insurance. She joins the firm with experience in project management, market analysis, lease negotiations and building long lasting customer relationships.
Sara Forino, Transaction Services Director, Capital Markets: Forino joins Cushman & Wakefield from CBRE, where she spent six years working in Client Services with the Capital Markets and Industrial Brokerage teams. Forino graduated from Providence College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.
Rachel Igoe, Associate: Igoe joins the West & South Suburban team. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Igoe worked at Synergy Investments for three years in property management roles and as a Tenant Coordinator at Transwestern RBJ. She is a graduate of Boston College.
Shayne O’Neil, Associate: O’Neil joins Cushman & Wakefield’s North Suburban brokerage team from Boston Properties where he worked on the Suburban and Downtown teams as a Property Management Coordinator. He previously interned with Nordblom Management Company and served as Lead Development Representative at Aspen Technology. O’Neil graduated from the University of Massachusetts.
Andrew Sansom, Senior Vice President, Project Management: Sansom has been with Cushman & Wakefield for over twelve years. He recently transitioned to the New England region from Global Occupier Services to the Boston Property and Development Services group.
Sarah Swanson, Project Manager: Swanson joins Cushman & Wakefield after spending seven years working in various roles in Project and Development Services and as Associate Project Manager at JLL. She is a graduate of University of South Carolina’s Moore School of Business.
